<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">中國的“兩會”早已失去參政議政的功能，淪為當局的橡皮圖章。不僅如此，近年來“兩會”與時俱進，已經不僅限於“人大代表舉舉手，政協代表拍拍手”，而是成為一場奢華的政治版“春晚”，任由富豪炫富。今年則更甚，代表們輕裘寶馬，渾身珠光寶氣，手上戴著24萬元的手錶，腰上繫著價值萬金的腰帶。這與普通民眾日益艱難的生活現狀形成強烈反差，引起民間輿論的強烈抨擊。 當局一面號召民眾學雷鋒，另一面卻放縱奢靡之風，是在自打耳光。不過，當局這樣做實有不得已的苦衷：一是營造太平盛世景象，掩蓋已經逼近全面爆發的社會危機；二是轉移民眾視線，緩和王立軍事件對政局的衝擊，穩住十八大的陣腳。為此，官方新聞發言人有意放煙幕彈：...</div>
