Du Yangming, a man in his 60s, Wang Shuizhen and Tian Baocheng were due to appear in a Shanghai court Wednesday on charges of "causing a disturbance" during a meeting of Chinese and Central Asian leaders in June, Human Rights in China said in a statement.
