<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">江苏常州访民徐顺妹因试图到北京上访，反映自己所在村土地被官商勾结非法掠夺的事实，于2011年2月19日被当地警方、信访办人员和拆迁办人员从火车站带回，之后被关在一个“黑监狱”（五金交通宾馆）。被关押期间，她被非法搜身、撞墙体罚并被要求写不再到北京上访的保证书。4月2日，她被转移到当地拘留所执行7天的行政拘留，4月9日才被释放。获释后，她就其被关“黑监狱”的遭遇向各级法院要求起诉立案，要求追究违法者的行为，但被法院拒绝。徐顺妹用视频的方式叙述自己的遭遇。</div>
