<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">[房屋被强拆案] 叶家三代在北京的住房于2003年5月因为奥运相关的工程而被强制拆迁。一家老小被逐出后，因补偿金不够购买住房而无家可归。绝望之余，身为残疾人的叶国强于2003年国庆日当天在天安门金水桥上企图投河自尽，之后被秘密开庭判处两年徒刑。其兄叶国柱因于2004年8月申请示威游行，抗议因奥运进行的强制拆迁而被以“寻衅滋事”罪判处有期徒刑4年，但在2008年7月26日刑满当天，却直接被以“涉嫌聚众扰乱公共场所秩序”罪刑事拘留。而叶国强和侄子叶明君，因到北京宣武区政府前进行抗议，也于2007年9月被以涉嫌“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”刑事拘留，后虽被取保候审释放，但一直遭监视。...</div>
