<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">本文是李方平律師在首次會見福建維權人士屠夫（本名吳淦）後所寫的會見花絮。李律師說，短短不到一小時的會見，被屠夫的樂觀、詼諧、幽默、溫情、執著、坦然和擔當的性格和心態所感動。屠夫於5月19日被拘留，隨後被處以行政拘留10天；5月27日，被以“尋釁滋事罪”和“誹謗罪”刑事拘留。 看守所首見屠夫花絮 李方平 會見屠夫那天恰逢敏感日，福建永泰看守所特意安排在10點，進去時還提示11點就下班。我們兩位律師推開會見室進去時，屠夫馬上躬腰站著瞇眼辨認。當聽到我們叫他的聲音，他激動的說：“是方平”、“是王宇”，然後大笑起來。銬在審訊椅上的屠夫還身穿全世界反對者酷愛的“V字復仇隊”文化衫，我們還沒落...</div>

<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">在沒有民主自由的國度，“喝茶”是想成為一個真正公民的必經之路，“喝茶”通常指因為你的言論或你的公民行動被警察、國安約談，其實多數時候是沒有茶喝的，甚至連白開水都沒有。戰勝“喝茶”恐懼，學會跟專政機器打交道我覺得很有必要，我也是從起初的“喝茶”恐懼到經歷到後來習以為常的。當然這個“喝茶寶典”只是我個人的一些看法，只是把經驗與各位即將被“喝茶”的人一起分享，情況會因為自身和所處的環境不同而異。</div>
