<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">6月3日，廣東南海人民法院再次開庭審理佛山南海區三山島農民狀告政府不作為案。該案三山島農民的代理人、中國公民維權聯盟法援義工天理，在庭審中再次要求被告公開1992年當時的南海縣國土局與一些鄉、村領導簽定的預征土地協議。這份協議使三山百姓失去賴以生存的土地，造成土地大量丟荒，農民需要買菜吃。庭審時，作為被告的政府方默不作聲。法庭宣佈擇日宣判。</div>
