<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">5月8日，聯合國在日內瓦審議中國履行《經濟、社會和文化權利國際公約》規定義務的情況。在審議中，經濟、社會和文化權利委員會的獨立專家們向中國代表團提出了一系列根源於現行體制、完全是由制度造成的人權侵犯問題。 經濟、社會和文化權利委員會提出的主要問題有：中國在審議前提交給委員會的國家報告中對民間社會的諮詢有限；鎮壓維權人士；腐敗模式及對司法的影響；戶籍制度對享受平等權利的影響；反家庭暴力立法起草情況；以及強迫拆遷等做法對不同性別的影響。 如同往常一樣，中國代表團在答復中以統計數字和引用法律政策條文來表明其取得了進步，並不斷強調中國的特殊“國情”，用中國是一個發展中國家可採取不同發展模式來進行辯解...</div>
