今天是“法制宣传日”,也是江西新余刘萍、魏忠平、李思华三人涉嫌“非法集会罪”一案第二次开庭审理的第二天。在大批警察警戒的法院门口,律师、被告人家属遭到谩骂和推搡。民众表示:警戒线内遭到不明身份者围攻,这是有组织犯罪啊!法院是赤裸裸的流氓。“法制宣传日”成为莫大的讽刺。

浦志强:12月4日是中国宪法日,但我们在新余很不顺利。这么多年了,对法庭怎么样,法庭内外如何维稳,我有经验,对庭外鼓噪却初次见识。两百来位工人模样的群众,诅咒我“流氓律师”、“汉奸律师”、“卖国律师”和“中华民族的败类”,被他们在大批特警眼皮底下推搡拉扯谩骂,我实在百感交集。
