吴淦:屠夫吴淦通过律师发表个人声明(图)

鉴于我之前遭受几天几夜不让睡觉等酷刑及其他种种虐待;鉴于李旺阳、曹顺利的事例在前;鉴于因揭露可能会被疯狂报复,本人特声明如下:

一、在关押及将来入狱期间,本人绝不会自杀,若本人非正常死亡,必是酷刑虐待所致。

二、本人不会做出有违道义和良知,有损尊严的事。

三、本人绝不会接受官方指定的律师。

四、本人绝不会认罪和上官媒悔罪,本人所做所说的一切都是在互联网上公开的。

五、希望认识我的朋友们,在我失去自由期间,给我家人必要的精神鼓励和帮助,以减轻我对家人的愧疚。 感谢大家的不离不弃,我会坚持到底!
