黄之锋:狱中书简:不计较成效 只愿多走一步(图)

在监牢的第三星期,困在只有啡、灰、白三种颜色的牢房容易感到疲乏,但从报章和友人口中得知社会各界反送中的炽热程度就立刻提起劲。雨伞运动后,香港沉寂多时,久未出现抗争的氛围。近日自发联署遍地开花,不同校友学生成立关注组,至连登仔放下键盘到各区开设街站,均是反映民怨沸腾的关键指标。如今香港人有意告别政治低潮,确令我感到鼓舞。

港府原来的如意算盘是借台湾杀人案作道德高地,以打击逃犯之名无声无息通过修例。但随着台湾政府高调拒绝在送中恶法框架下作出移交请求,港府终露出尾巴。当国际反对声音不绝,官员堆砌的说辞越来越荒谬:林郑狂言多国反对源于对修例不理解、郑若骅强调被移交人士顶多只可能被充公与罪行有关财产、李家超多番表示人权保障不写入法例是为了保持灵活。然而,公众舆论最关注的核心命题:“中国法院有否公平公开审讯?”——亦即为把修例称作送中恶法的根本源由,政府官员却永远无法诚实回答,甚至越描越黑。反倒让本来不甚关心内容的大众发现,修例存有充公港人财产的魔鬼细节,而所谓保障根本不会列明于法律条文。

民怨升温持续,预计周日游行将是伞运后最大规模的群众动员。不过,在习帝专政、中美角力、商界归边的环境下,数十万人上街恐怕都不足已拉倒恶法。我们还需要思考如何创造有利条件促使港府有让步的转机。

我和其他抗争者为当日公民抗命而身系狱中,但我们没有因此忘记自己对和平、非暴力的直接行动的信念。虽然经过数年政治审讯的洗礼,我明白大家对直接行动多一分顾虑,但回想过去几年,释法、DQ不停,法治和人权日渐倒退。送中恶法一旦通过,香港倒退的程度定必比现时更坏。非暴力直接行动,绝对不能保证拉倒恶法,但可以鼓励士气,继而增加民间的议价筹码,为运动创造更多空间。

想起当日参与预演占中的511人,我仍然相信,尽管许多人为雨伞运动无功而回心灰意冷,但内心的抗争意志未有耗尽。与其每次在大型运动时刻问有没有成功的可能,不如问自己是否愿意为我们的未来走前一步。6月9日,抗恶法。
