许艳:在困境中坚持 期待风雨过后有彩虹

大家好。我叫许艳,是余文生律师妻子。

余文生律师是709辩护律师、提出修改宪法的建议、代理信仰案件、起诉政府治理雾霾不力。被以涉嫌煽动颠覆国家政权罪起诉,余文生一直没有得到辩护律师会见,已经失去自由一年半,在5月9日,被江苏省徐州市中级人民法院,秘密开庭。

今天是709四年整,709的王全璋律师、周世锋律师还没有回家;709的辩护律师余文生律师、李昱函律师又被抓捕。这是一个对法治具有极其讽刺意义的事情。

我在为丈夫维权,一直以每天、每时为计量单位在努力。我周一至周五,除了累的睡着了,几乎全在想着余文生律师的事情并为之努力;我多次身心疲惫的,有时候连着睡3天,醒不来;也有生病。我一次次累至趴倒,又一次次重新爬起来,继续为丈夫努力维权。家庭虽然承受很多苦难,我心里从来不怪余文生律师,反而为没能尽快营救他出来而心疼他,我相信他!敬佩他!

已经经历了一年半维权路,我有三点深刻的感触:

1、残酷违法不人道的对待律师家庭;包括:多次对我的传唤、跟踪、限制出门、恐吓、限制出境等。

2、失去自由的律师,法律权利无法得到保障;

3、无法从监督管道,得到监督部门与公职人员的监督。

余文生律师一直没有得到辩护律师的会见,一年半了,余文生被关在什么环境里?有没有生病?有没有遭到酷刑?每天都吃什么?一次次对余文生律师的延长期限或退回补充侦查,这些是否有法律依据?辩护律师和我,到达办案单位或者监督部门现场很多次,向三级公安局、检察院、监察委、人大,发了对余文生案申请监督或申请查处违法行为的信件,都没有收到回复。

我这个妻子为他的所有努力,也都像石沉大海、没有收到任何回复。

维权的道路虽然非常艰难,但是,我从来都没打算放弃!对一个人的不公就是对所有人的不公,我会坚持下去。

最后,我祈祷余文生律师不要遭到酷刑;我要求中国司法机关立即无罪释放余文生。谢谢大家持续的关注与帮助,愿法治、公平、正义得到彰显!
