赫海威:国庆前的北京:我拉上窗帘,迎接习近平的大阅兵

自9月初以来,当局已经封锁了我居住的整个街区,道路被封锁,网速慢得像蜗牛在爬。每次进公寓楼,保安都会对我搜身检查,早晚都是如此。警方实施了宵禁,要求居民下午5点前回家,8点前关上窗户并拉好窗帘。警察睡在公寓楼的过道里,确保民众遵守这些规定。
