李必丰女友被警察带走下落不明

李必丰女友张健被警察带走下落不明,中国警察严密追捕李必丰株连无辜,中国人权谴责这种人权侵犯,呼吁国际社会予以关注。

中国人权从国内获知,八月三十一日上午十一点左右,十多名警察开着四辆豪华汽车,将李必丰的女友张健从家中带走。张健被从家中带走时,其母亲和兄弟姊妹等人在家,但是警察没有向他们出示任何证明。据信息来源所了解,来的警察中,有重庆市、成都市和绵阳市的,而且其中有国家安全部的警察。张健先是被带到重庆市九龙坡区中凉山派出所,并被威胁说如果回答不满意,将要把她带到绵阳市再审问。从上午十一点多钟到晚上九点半钟,警察才允许张健吃饭。在经过一天的问讯后,晚上十点多钟,警察果然将张健带走,去向不明,警察没有向张健的亲属作任何说明,也没有出示法律手续,张健的亲属因此极其焦虑不安。张健现年三十四岁,原是经营餐馆的个体营业者,她在成都所开的张记泉水鱼餐馆,因为李必丰等异议人士经常前往,遭到警察的骚扰而无法营业,於不久前不得不被迫停业。李必丰今年七月中旬揭露绵阳发生工潮及遭到镇压的情况,并表达了对工人的支持和对政府的谴责后,国际社会相当重视和做了大量报导,就被中国公安部门四处追捕,李必丰被迫在国内逃亡。李必丰原来的妻子蒋霞,还有他的许多亲戚朋友,都不断遭到警察的骚扰询问威胁。在李必丰八月二十九日又揭露并声援四川都江堰市工人的游行示威活动后,中国警察对李必丰的追捕更为紧密和範围广阔,张健被警察关押审问,并且下落不明,相信就是现在强力追捕李必丰的一个步骤。

中国人权强烈谴责中国政府仅仅因为揭露工潮和表示了同情声援,就肆意迫害追捕李必丰,甚至株连无辜的亲戚朋友。将张健带走审讯并进一步关押起来,就是株连无辜的典型人权侵犯。这里,中国政府首先是没有尊重和遵守自己的法律,在没有任何法律手续的情况下,违法审讯和拘禁关押,其次是明显的滥捕无故,仅仅因为张健与李必丰相熟,她就成了遭受违法迫害的对象。中国人权呼吁国际社会重视和关注中国政府在人权侵犯上的变本加厉和肆无忌惮的发展,对中国政府能够施加影响和压力,阻止中国人权的恶化持续发展。同时,中国人权强烈要求中国政府立即释放张健,不得对毫无关联的民众任意审讯关押。
