香港居民沈婷被剝奪回上海為祖母奔喪的權利,並在港遭到跟蹤和騷擾

香港居民沈婷拒絕中國官方的收買和出賣要求,被剝奪回上海為祖母奔喪的權利並在港遭到騷擾跟蹤。

中國人權得到知情人士的報告,香港居民沈婷2月26日在羅湖過關時,被深圳海關無端扣壓二個半小時,並將她的回鄉證毫無理由予以沒收。沈婷是準備通過羅湖海關到深圳搭乘飛機,直飛上海為剛剛去世的祖母奔喪的。沈婷在其父母文革中被打成“反革命”關押時,全是依靠祖母一手拉扯才活下來的,她與祖母有最深厚的感情,無理剝奪她為祖母奔喪使她備受傷害。大陸方面不僅剝奪沈婷回上海奔喪的權利,而且派出至少六個以上的便衣到香港貼身跟蹤騷擾她,沈婷已經向香港警方就此正式報警,要求香港警方保護其安全和免於騷擾恐懼。

知情人士同時還告訴中國人權,剝奪沈婷奔喪權和對她貼身跟蹤騷擾,都與沈婷最近拒絕中國政府對其的收買和出賣要求有關。香港中聯辦曾主動表示,願意幫助沈婷與上海方面協調,解決沈婷一再到北京上訪反映的父母上海住房被強行拆遷的問題。後來經過香港中聯辦多次居中聯繫,上海政府決定將沈婷父母安置回上海靜安區延平路118號4號樓2604室,是一個面積115平米現在市場價值150萬人民幣的單元樓。但是同時向沈婷提出給予此房的條件是,沈婷必須承諾不再上訪北京和幫助鄭恩寵律師的案件平反。沈婷認為要不要管鄭恩寵的冤案,是她個人的權利和良知問題,與她父母住房被強行拆遷應該合理合法解決是兩回事,她不能接受逼她放棄權利和出賣良知的交易。

沈婷的父母原是上海靜安區東八塊的居民,在“上海首富”周正毅獲得這一黃金地段的開發權後,沈婷父母的房屋遭到強行拆遷。沈婷為了幫助申訴無門的年邁的父母,從香港回到上海代為打官司,並聘請專門幫助拆遷戶打官司的鄭恩寵律師為其書寫訴狀,成功地將“上海首富”周正毅和靜安區政府告上法庭,並使周正毅的不法行為受到重視和立案追究。但是此舉也大大得罪了上海權勢集團,鄭恩寵遭到莫須有罪名的枉法判刑三年,沈婷也在北京遭到警察冒充“搶匪”的搶劫。可是無論怎樣的迫害和威脅,都沒有能夠停止沈婷為父母的居住權、為鄭恩寵的昭雪所進行的影響廣泛的努力。

中國人權譴責中國政府不近情理的剝奪沈婷的奔喪權利,譴責居然將大陸便衣警察派往香港對沈婷騷擾威脅。這不僅僅是人權侵犯迫害,也是大陸警方無視一國兩制的行政司法管轄權。中國人權要求中國政府立即停止這種侵權迫害,並且對沈婷的奔喪立即放行。
