重庆异议人士许万平热心筹办“六四”纪念被捕,中国警方公然栽赃陷害他进行白粉(可卡因)毒品交易。

重庆活跃的异议人士许万平的妻子和知情朋友向中国人权、全球纪念“六四”十五周年筹委会报告,许万平於6月3日被重庆警方以涉嫌贩卖毒品抓走。许万平最近积极筹备重庆地区纪念“六四”十五周年的活动,在6月3日中午11点多钟,还与全球纪念“六四”十五周年筹委会联系,报告重庆地区的一些异议人士和独立知识分子,6月4日将在他的家中聚会、沉痛悼念“六四”十五周年。但是一个多小时后就传来了许万平被捕的消息。

据当时目睹者许万平的妻子陈贤英和一些围观群众说,经过情况是这样的:6月3日中午12点20分左右,二位当地居委会的工作人员找到许万平家中,声明许万平在最近一段时间不能与他们合作,必须随他们到居委会谈谈。他们强制许万平跟他们走出家门大约一百米,在一个街道转弯处突然闪出一男一女二人,其中一人对许万平说“我是小张,你不认识我了吗?”并突然将一包白粉塞入了许万平手里。这时,显然早已做好充足准备的摄影人员开始录影,警察并向许多围观的群众声称:许万平正在进行白粉(可卡因)毒品交易,他们这些围观者都是目击证人,要求他们到时候出庭作证。

中国警方曾经一再威胁许多异议人士,再不老实随便给他们塞一包白粉抓起来,让他们死了都找不到哭冤的地方。例如上海异议人士姚振祥,在这次又被判处3年劳动教养之前,就不止一次受到过上海警方的这种威胁。但是许万平这次的实际经历,还是所能知道的对异议人士最详细具体的、公然进行的毒品栽赃陷害案件首例。这样的罪名在中国异常严重,只要数十克可卡因就构成判处死刑的重罪。

许万平是中国十分活跃的异议人士,他1989年参加全国蓬勃发展的民主运动,但是“六四”之后被捕并被判处了8年长刑。出狱后又两次被抓,处以劳动教养等改造惩罚。许万平在监狱之外的岁月,都是处於警方的严密监管之下,没有任何人身自由和安全可言,对他的随意抓捕拘传难以一一统计。

中国人权和全球纪念“六四”十五周年筹委会强烈谴责抗议中国警方对许万平先生的公然栽赃陷害。同时呼吁国际社会和舆论关注这一严重迫害人权的案例。这是一个不容忽视的信号,表明中国当局有可能在试探性地寻找方式,以极其严重败坏声誉和严重惩处的手段,对付中国顽强不屈的异议人士。
