申請游行的訪民李小城被判刑

在京上訪的新疆訪民李小城,因去年起草了上訪人士集會游行的申請書,於今年8月27日被北京市豐台法院以“聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序罪”判處有期徒刑1年6個月。李小成今年53歲,曾任濟南軍區軍醫學校教員,1993年開始經商。在1997 年的生意官司中經歷了不公平的法院判決后,開始了長達7年的上訪之路。去年,他撰寫《中國共產黨的極端政治腐敗》,在北京四處張貼。為了抗議地方公安和信訪官員對訪民的任意攔截和毆打,他依法向北京市公安局提出8月7日在天安門廣場舉行萬人大游行的申請,但就在游行日前兩天,他被冒充記者的北京公安從其他訪民的保護中騙出來后綁架走。此外,因申請訪民大游行被判刑的還有北京訪民葉國柱,他是在李小成申請游行后,申請“9•18“大游行而遭逮捕,葉國柱已在李小成被判之前被判刑4年
