<div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded">馮正虎、徐佩玲、崔福芳、鄭佩佩、范桂娟、戴中耀六名上海的訴訟當事人依法控告上海市高級人民法院院長崔亞東、立案庭庭長張錚，依法追究其不服從中共中央依法治國的決定、違反法律與立案登記制、侵犯當事人訴權的違法責任，罷免其官職，要求其任職的上海市高級人民法院保障控告人的訴權，並向被侵權的當事人賠禮道歉。控告狀說，根據馮正虎編著的《我要立案——上海司法不作為案例彙編（第 5集）》文集的揭露，上海法院至少有207件既不立案又不裁定的案例，其中187件是發生於2015年5月1日新的《行政訴訟法》實施後，表明上海地方法院及法官違反法律及法院立案登記制的現象相當嚴重。 馮正虎等人控告上海高院院長崔亞東 【...</div>
