Sun Wenguang, retired professor of Shandong University School of Management, after attending a June Fourth anniversary gathering on May 24, was picked up on June 1 by individuals believed to be public security personnel. Sun was taken to a guest house and his cell phone was confiscated. He was sent home after five days. His cell phone was returned to him but all the texts, photos, and videos on the phone were missing, and the phone’s operating system had also been changed. The individuals who picked up Sun were not in police uniform, and never showed any official documents regarding Sun’s detention.

5月24日我们举行了纪念六四聚会，不久公安要我出去“旅游”，我想拖几天，引起上层不满。

6月1日我家网线断了，很多公安人员随着维修工人一起冲进来，不由分说，将我绑架到楼下，塞进警车，拉到燕子山庄宾馆，并将手机拿走。他们在这个宾馆中包了四个房间，让我和国保俩人住一间，室内电话被拿走，电视线被剪断，

6月6日警车送我回家，还我手机，但手机上所有文字、照片、视频全都没了，一片空白，操作系统也是另装的。这不是侵犯公民的权利？

这次执行任务的公安没有一个是穿警服的，带走我的人没有出示逮捕证、拘留证、传唤证，平白无故将我关押五天，这都是违法的。

最近检察机关规定，非法剥夺公民人身自由权利，每天罚款258元。有人说可以起诉。我一个83岁的老人哪有这种精力。

我希望今年六四前后，因为纪念六四，公民权利受到侵犯的人，可以把自己的经历写出来，发到群落中，或者留在日记中，将来可以收入回忆录，或讲给自己的后代听。这也是历史。
