任建峰:为何香港人相信林荣基?

林荣基开记者会公开他被内地人员带走、拘留、监视的情况,其后就受到一浪接一浪的反驳、批斗,包括李波说他从来没有说他是非自愿地离港,林在内地的女友更说她与林都是因为不想家人知道他们的关系才自愿说不需要律师亦不需要通知家人。

至于建制派媒体与政坛人士,他们用不同手法企图谋杀林荣基人格、或以各种理由转移视线。有媒体尝试以林荣基的私生活大做文章,亦推出各种阴谋论,包括林被操控、整件事是为了选举等。各建制派人士都以林“知法犯法”为由去把他的遭遇合理化。

纵使这一切,今次香港大众与舆论都偏向相信林荣基,理由可以有很多。林荣基在这一个星期以来接受多家传媒访问,答案不至于百分百完美无瑕(如果太完美就是背台词吧),但他的对答、陈述仍是坚定,没有大漏洞。相反,其他指控他的铜锣湾书店人士及他的女友,就只接受比官媒更沦落的媒体访问,答案官腔甚重(不要误会,我不是批评这群“证人”,其实他们都十分惨,大家是明白的)。

各种对林荣基的人格谋杀亦难以改变香港人对事件的观感。就算林荣基是再世陈世美、就算他不是为了正义而是为了自保才“爆料”,都不表示他与铜锣湾书店其他人的遭遇是可以接受的。还有,如果要说事件是为了选举就实在太好笑:现在离选举还有两个多月,这事件由选举角度来说早了一点吧?再者,放林下来香港的是内地人员,难道内地官方有心为泛民助选?

不过,说到底,香港人相信林荣基及因此对一国两制感到担忧的理由大多都并不是什么具体逻辑或理据。在这件事中,其实香港人的心态就好像电视剧《溏心风暴》内李司棋饰演的“大契”所说,有些东西“我话系就系,唔使证据!呢度唔系法庭,唔需要证据,我对眼就系证据!我睇人睇咗几十年,边个系人,边个系鬼我睇得到!”至于为何香港人会有这样的想法,其实理由众多,当中包括但绝不限于:

程翔,席扬,林祖恋,谢文飞,魏京生,陈光诚,高智晟,王默,许志永,高瑜,张凯,谭作人,马达钦(梵蒂冈、梵蒂冈,为何你舍弃了马达钦?),赵连海,张圣雨,浦志强,胡佳,王丹,李旺阳,梁勤辉,王宇,赵威,唐荆陵,李和平,丁子霖,刘霞,刘晓波……
